Bruce Judson Thompson, Sr., age 73, of Brazil, IN formerly of Casey, IL passed away at 12:31 p.m. on Sunday, March 16, 2025 at Gibson Center for Hospice Care, Terre Haute, IN. He was born October 5, 1951 in Atlanta, GA the son of George W. Thompson and Addie Lourine (Ham) Thompson. On June 18, 1970 he married Mary Lou Ulrey in Casey, IL.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Mary Lou Thompson of Brazil, IN; sons, John Wesley Thompson (Cathy) of New Goshen, IN and Bruce Judson Thompson, Jr. of Jamestown, NC; grandchildren, Sean Thompson, Sydney Carlene Orndorff (Elle), Stephanie Thompson and Kaylee Thompson; great grandsons, James Thompson and Ruben Thompson; sisters, Nancy Ingrum (Bill) of Paris, IL; Patty McNurlan (Bill) of Casey, IL and Judy Haumesser (Brad) of MS; uncle, Jud Ham (Dinah) of Charleston, WV, several nephew and nieces, great nephews and nieces, cousins and friends.
