Doit C. Tiffin, age 82, of Casey, IL passed away at 5:05 a.m. on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Casey, IL. He was born August 2, 1941 in Edgar Co., IL the son of Ted Burford Tiffin and Elma June (Claypool) Tiffin. On September 21, 1957 he married Judith Ann Burson in Hernando, MS; she passed away on December 10, 1996.
Survivors include his children, Vicki Tiffin of Mattoon, IL; Ricky Tiffin and wife Linda of Mattoon, IL, and Tracy Tiffin of Springfield, IL; sister, Renae Woodfall of Casey, IL; sister in law, Bonnie Maxine Tiffin of Casey, IL; special friend and companion for many years, Mary Gard of Casey, IL; nephews and nieces, great nephews and nieces, and great great nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife; brother, Maurice Tiffin; sister, Eleanor Curtis; nephew, Paul Mark Elliott III; niece, Belinda Curtis; and great nephew, Aurek Rardin.
